A poultry producer in Nigeria needed its management to follow flock performance clearly and in time to act. Gilbert Brault modelled the farm's production data so that flocks could be compared on the same basis, and set up a streamlined process for capturing that data. On top of it, a Jupyter-based reporting system hosted on a virtual private server produced periodic reports showing the key indicators as charts. Management could then take timely decisions based on facts.
