Padel club managers kept their bookings, payments and player records in a court booking platform, but had no simple way to read how the business was doing. SEADEV built a web dashboard, first working from uploaded CSV files and then connected to the club's booking data, showing revenue by month and by type of sale, court bookings and occupancy, new, regular and most active players, and the effect of discounts, gift cards and cancellations, facility by facility. Access is by login, with separate user and administrator roles, and the menus and analyses are defined in a single configuration file so that the same core can serve another club. A monthly view adds a short AI-written summary of revenue and court hours, with two suggestions for the following month. The work stopped at the proof-of-concept stage in early 2025.
