Lift maintenance companies receive technical reports from inspection bodies, customers, property managers and their own sales engineers, by e-mail or by post, each inspection body with its own layout, and their staff read them and key in every observation before the findings can be dealt with. Levia collects the reports that arrive in a mailbox, recognises each report's format and the inspection body that issued it, and uses AI to extract the report details, the lift's characteristics and every observation as structured data in a single database. That data is kept in step through an API with the maintenance software the company already uses, so that qualified findings become work orders and are followed until they are cleared. A dashboard shows open and cleared findings and work orders by customer, site, lift, team, technician or inspection body.
