Company processes were described in several places, and the diagrams and the written procedures drifted apart. Gilbert and Vincent Brault modelled the processes in BPMN, the standard notation for business processes, and organised the diagrams into collections. Each diagram is kept in step with its written documentation, so the two say the same thing. The result is one reference for how the company works, shared across the whole organisation.
